Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

1. Refund Policy

1.1 No Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds once the course is purchased and access is granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Once you have been granted access to the course content, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

1.2 Exceptions - Technical Issues Only

Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Failed Payments: If payment was deducted from your account but course access was not granted due to technical/payment gateway errors
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • System Errors: If there was a technical error on our end that prevented proper course delivery

1.3 Refund Processing for Technical Issues

In case of failed payments or technical issues:

  • Processing Time: 3-7 business days from the date of refund approval
  • Verification: We will verify the issue before processing the refund
  • Notification: You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated

1.4 Refund Mode

Refunds for technical issues will be processed through the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Credited to the same card within 3-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: Credited to the source account within 3-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: Credited to the same wallet within 3-7 business days

In case of payment gateway issues, refunds may be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to your registered bank account.

1.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Lack of time to complete the course
  • Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.)
  • Any reason other than failed payments or our technical errors

1.6 How to Request a Refund (Technical Issues Only)

If you experienced a failed payment or technical issue:

  1. Email us at spacedrivestudios@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction
  2. Include your transaction ID, payment screenshot, and description of the issue
  3. We will investigate and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 3-7 business days

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 No Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once the course is purchased and access is granted.

All course purchases are final. Once payment is completed and you have been granted access to the course, you cannot cancel your enrollment or request a refund.

2.2 Exceptions - Technical Issues Only

Cancellations and refunds will ONLY be considered in case of:

  • Failed Payments: Payment deducted but no course access granted
  • Duplicate Charges: Multiple charges for the same purchase
  • Technical Errors: System errors preventing course delivery

2.3 How to Report Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical issue or failed payment:

  2. Include your transaction ID and payment proof
  3. Describe the technical issue in detail
  4. We will investigate and respond within 24-48 hours

2.4 Processing Time for Technical Issues

  • Issue Verification: 24-48 hours
  • Refund Processing: 3-7 business days (if approved)

3. Shipping/Delivery Policy

3.1 Digital Product Delivery

Space Drive Studios offers digital products only (online courses). There is no physical shipping involved.

3.2 Instant Access

Upon successful payment:

  • Immediate Access: Course access is granted instantly
  • Email Confirmation: Sent within 5 minutes
  • Login Credentials: Available immediately
  • Course Materials: Accessible from your dashboard

3.3 Access Duration

  • Lifetime Access: Unlimited, forever
  • Updates: Free access to all future course updates
  • Support: Ongoing email support

3.4 Delivery Issues

If you don't receive access within 10 minutes of payment:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
  2. Verify payment was successful in your bank statement
